Dr. Safouane Hamdi
Dr Hamdi currently holds a Chief-Resident position in Metabolic and Endocrine Biochemistry at Toulouse University Hospital, France. After graduating in Pharmacy from the University of Paris, he trained for four years in Clinical Biology as a Resident at the "Assistance Publique -Hôpitaux de Paris" (Paris Hospitals).
He was awarded his PhD in 2005 for his thesis entitled "Understanding Phospholipase D signalling in the T lymphocyte lineage". His current interest is the study of signal-activated phospholipase D and phospholipase A2 in normal and malignant haematopoiesis.
